Star Wars In 2023

Right at the start of the year 2023 Disney has prepared several Star Wars shows to air.

The Bad Batch S2

The first of them, beginning on 4th January 2023, is season 2 of The Bad Batch. The story will set off with a double pilot episode and continue to follow the fates of the renegade Clone Force 99.

The Bad Batch season 2 will consist of 16 episodes, finishing again with a two-part finale on 29th March 2023.

The Mandalorian S3

That will make it overlap with third season of The Mandalorian, which is set to start on 1st March 2023. You can watch the trailer and read all we know or can conclude about it here.

Jedi: Fallen Order Sequels

Another release potentially interesting for the fans of the Jedi: Fallen Order video game is the release of a Fallen Order-themed novel. Its name is “Jedi: Battle Scars” and it is written by Sam Maggs. The story should fill the gap between Fallen Order and its upcoming sequel, Jedi: Survivor.

The book summary mentions that Cal, together with his crewmates, is going to meet a stormtrooper who wishes to defect. At the same time, Cal finds himself pursued by the Fifth Brother – an inquisitor familiar to the audience of Star Wars Rebels and Obi-Wan Kenobi series.

The book should be published on 7th March 2023.

The video game sequel itself, Jedi: Survivor, is set to release on 17th March 2023. You can watch the newest official trailer below.

Rostislav Kurka
Rostislav is a Protestant theologian and a self-trained Sith, counting Jan Hus, Dorothee Sölle, Darth Revan and Darth Traya among his main influences. He hails from the hundred-towered city of Prague, where he had spent a large part of his life creating worlds and inspiring young generations to roleplay. His involvement in organising children's camps led him to accidentally writing a Lord of the Rings musical, which made him temporarily famous, and a Three Musketeer-Jedi fanfilm, which didn't. He has recently moved to the frozen waste of Finland, because that's it, the Rebels are there.
