With many of us sitting at home under lockdown this month, free games could not be more appreciated and with two good titles on offer this month some might even be glad to have a reason to just stay home and game. This month give PS plus members the chance to go treasure hunting in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End or rally driving in Dirt Rally 2.0.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End

This is Nathan Drake’s final outing in the series, as you lead him in a grand adventure seeking Henry Avery’s long lost treasure. Despite coming out in 2016, the title has some of the best graphics of the current generation. It also manages to hit an almost perfect balance between storyline, combat, exploration and puzzles, and has a great storyline to carry you through the game. Uncharted 4 really is a true work of computer game art, and I would advise anyone who doesn’t already have it to give it go.

Dirt Rally 2.0

This definitive rally driving simulation may not be for everyone, challenge wise, but let’s be fair even crashing can be fun sometimes. However, for the rally driving fanatic, this game has gone to extremes to please. The title boasts a dynamic weather function which not only affects the aesthetics of the level but also the surfaces and visibility, significantly altering the driving experience. The course surfaces also degrade as cars tear them up. There are fifty cars available to drive, all of which can be customised. With a number of play modes available, if you love rally driving then this game is for you.
