Following the worldwide release for consoles back in January, Capcom have now announced the date the title will be coming to PC, August 8th. All you PC gamers who have been waiting patiently will be able to purchase the title on Steam, with a pre-order already active. Pre ordering the title will net you the exclusive Origin Armour Set and Fair Wind Charm.

This title got rave reviews for consoles, and even with its early release date, has been referred to as game of the year material. While the Monster Hunter Series has been notoriously difficult for newcomers this title opened the franchise up, with an easier introduction and some handy tutorials, and yet did not compromise the complexity and hard core difficult that fans loved. It’s hard to please both newcomers and veterans but Monster Hunter World managed to hit the right balance.
