At the Day of the Doctors convention in mid August, I had a chance to talk to the third man to play the first Doctor. William Hartnell, Richard Hurndall, and now John Guilor have all portrayed the first incarnation of the Time Lord in the TV series, and Guilor has many more tricks up his sleeve.

In this interview we talk about his work on the reconstruction of the lost episodes of Doctor Who serial Planet of Giants, his being hired by Steven Moffat for The Day of the Doctor, and he puts some rumours to bed regarding his involvement in Shada!
