HobbitCon 2016 – Guests’ Latest


Below are the latest additions to the guest list of HobbitCon 4, which will be held from April 1st to April 3rd in Bonn. Once again the organisers will transform the Maritim Hotel in Bonn, Germany, into Middle Earth before filling it with the stars from The Hobbit movies.

Mark Ferguson will be the Master of Ceremonies for HobbitCon 2016. Mark was born in Sydney, Australia on February 28, 1961. He is best known for his role as Gil-Galad, King of the Elves from Noldor, from the blockbuster movie The Lord of the Rings.

Ryan Gage is a British actor, well known through his role as Alfrid, the mayor’s right hand from The Hobbit Trilogy. He was also seen in the tv show THE THREE MUSKETEERS as King Louis. Furthermore, Ryan Gage was in a couple of stage plays, among them ‘Hamlet’ under the direction of Gregory Doran and next to David Tennant and Sir Patrick Stewart.

Mark and Ryan go to join Mark Atkin, the scale-double for Thorin Oakenshield, Dallas Barnett as Bill Ferny, John Tui who played Bolg the Orc commander, Stephen Hunter as Bombur, Mark Hadlow as Dori, William Kircher as Bifur, Graham McTavish as Dwalin, Lori Dungey as Mrs Bracegirdle.
